Therapy

Currently all sessions are held via telehealth using HIPPA compliant software. We do not see client for in person sessions. We are currently accepting new clients at this time.

 
 

The Therapy Process

  1. Review all of the information and fees from our website to see if you would like to move forward.

  2. Request a Consultation by clicking the “ request consultation button” at the end of this page.

  3. An email confirmation will be sent to you with the identified consultation date via Google Meet.

  4. During the consultation , you and the therapist will determine if this is a good fit for you. Here is you opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the therapist or the therapy process.

  5. If you decide to move forward a link to the client portal will be sent to you where you will review, complete, and sign intake documents before the start of your first session. Once completed, you will schedule your first session.

  6. Start Healing!

 

Consultation

We offer a free 15 minute consultation. Here we will assess your needs briefly, gather insurance information and address any questions you may have.

 

Individual Intake Session

90 min | $160

Individual Psychotherapy

50min | $120

 

Group Therapy

60 min | $40/ per session

 

Options to pay

Self Pay:

Clients have the option to utilize self pay where you pay for the service upfront and do not submit claims to insurance at all. Some clients prefer this options because it avoids the limitations insurances place on services. Copays and other fees are only accepted through major cards and processed through our system. We do not utilize any third party apps or paying options such as CashApp, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. Please note that insurance do not cover alternative and complimentary service such as yoga, reiki, sound healing , etc and these services will have to be paid for by the client. Some clients utilize their flex spending accounts if applicable.

Insurance:

Currently we only accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) insurance. The cost to the client depends on your individual insurance plan and varies by clients. Once you chose to move forward after a consultation an insurance verification process will take place to verify your benefits. If you would like to use insurance but do not have BCBS insurance, you may check with your insurance carrier to see if you have out of network benefits where we would provide a superbill for reimbursement for part of the services.
